Today I learned that I get irritated when someone constantly stops me while I'm explaining something to ask questions that I'm about to answer. From a more sudo science learning, I found out that if you eat pasta, potatoes, or rice reheated, they contain 50% fewer calories. I suppose they contain the same number of calories, but the starches upon cooling convert to resistant starch which your body passes to your lower intestine to turn to gas and other crap. It could all be a lie, but my tummy did bloat up last night when I ate it, and my poop was more like warm school paste.
